The flexibility of the staff. I arrived early, prior to check in time. The staff was very kind about letting me use the pool facilities until my room was ready.

The Staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to be friendly and inclusive of everyone. Breakfast was great and the variety appreciated. The House Keeping staff worked together. Such a positive feeling amongst the staff and shared with the guest.

The facilities, and the hotel rooms and specially the beds were clean and very comfortable. It was my first time in Alabama and I found the people in the hotel friendly and helpful. The location is great restaurants near by and they have an Oyster bar beside the hotel that you can get a 10% discount since you stay in this hotel. I will say that you will not be disappointed.
